Dianne – Executive Director – dcherry@thevictorycenter.org

I have been the Executive Director since 2010 and am continuously awed and inspired by the cancer patients and survivors we serve every day. I am so grateful to be a part of The Victory Center and everything we do. Prior to coming to TVC, I spent nearly 18 years in the fundraising/development field. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching my son play sports, doing most anything with my three daughters, hanging out with my hubby, and dreaming of the beach!

Chelsea – Office Manager – cseger@thevictorycenter.org

I’ve had the enjoyable and soul-filling role of being the colorful, resident trivia-telling Office Manager since 2017. I lost two grandfathers to cancer and working here and seeing the faces we change every day is an absolute joy. I hold a Bachelors of Business from UT. I’m an avid coffee/rescue dog/college football/shopping-lover. I enjoy finding new workouts, the beach, being outside and spending time with my husband Craig and his two girls.

Kimberly – Special Events Manager –knewman@thevictorycenter.org

For several years, I dedicated my life to NW Ohio/SE Michigan as a meteorologist at both WTOL and NBC24. After a brief stint in South Bend, Indiana, I’m proud to be back in Toledo… but it wasn’t the weather that brought me home! I’ve found my forever-family in Toledo with my fiancé, Josh, and the team at The Victory Center. In 2021, I took over planning Over The Edge for Victory, our colorful Luncheon Fashion Show, and the Celebrity Wait Night events. Toledo’s premier cancer wellness center heals hearts, minds, and souls and I’m thrilled to be part of that journey for so many people in my community. When I’m not working, I’m watching true crime documentaries with my rescue dog, Ginger.

Lisa – Program Director –lmarquette@thevictorycenter.org

In the Summer of 2020, I was drawn to the positive and inspirational work that TVC does! I knew I had to be a part of it. As with many of us, cancer touched our family. Helping others who are experiencing challenges and barriers in their lives is my passion. I am here to be involved in the difference a supportive environment can make in peoples’ lives! I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and come with a variety of experience, both clinical and community. I also enjoy teaching the next generation of social workers. My life is blessed with 5 amazing children, two grandchildren (hoping for more) and the best group of family and friends. When I can, I love to travel and take all the trainings I can.

Jackie – Major Gifts Manager –jcummins@thevictorycenter.org

I am so pleased to be a part of The Victory Center as the Major Gifts Manager, raising money to support survivors and patients, especially having been on my own cancer journey in 2018. You can find me mostly at the Central Avenue location, where I am constantly reminded of the strength and goodness of our participants and their families. Outside of The Victory Center, I can be found at Birds Eye View Circus Space pursuing the circus arts, enjoying live music with my husband, or hanging around the dinner table with him and our four kids.

Sandy – Office & Volunteer Coordinator –switt@thevictorycenter.org

My journey at The Victory Center began in 2016 when I came on board as a volunteer. Within a few months, I started facilitating the Healthy Steps classes and continue to do so. I am now so happy to be a part of this incredible organization, especially being a 3 time cancer survivor myself. I work at the front desk in the Perrysburg office coordinating the volunteers and managing the wig bank. I strive to make each person who walks through our doors feel welcome and supported. Just prior to my start at TVC, I retired from a 25 year podiatry practice. I love sports, adventure, the beach and spending time with my husband and kids.

Lori – Volunteer Administrative Assistant –lknouss@thevictorycenter.org

I came to The Victory Center for a support group in 2007 after my own cancer diagnosis.
I enjoy being a voice for living and letting folks know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. A few years ago, I started helping at the front desk at TVC. Little did I know I would feel right at home when the opportunity to be there full time came to me. Sometimes life takes you not where you planned, but where you should be–and I feel like I’m there! I have four children, and one awesome granddaughter (so far)!
