Dianne – Executive Director – dcherry@thevictorycenter.org

I have been the Executive Director since 2010 and am continuously awed and inspired by the cancer patients and survivors we serve every day. I am so grateful to be a part of The Victory Center and everything we do. Prior to coming to TVC, I spent nearly 18 years in the fundraising/development field. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching my son play sports, doing most anything with my three daughters, hanging out with my hubby, and dreaming of the beach!

Chelsea – Office Manager – cseger@thevictorycenter.org

I’ve had the enjoyable and soul-filling role of being the colorful, resident trivia-telling Office Manager since 2017. I lost two grandfathers to cancer and working here and seeing the faces we change every day is an absolute joy. I hold a Bachelors of Business from UT. I’m an avid coffee/rescue dog/college football/shopping-lover. I enjoy finding new workouts, the beach, being outside and spending time with my husband Craig and his two girls.

Karen – Special Events Manager –kevans@thevictorycenter.org

I came to The Victory Center in 2014 as a volunteer and soon after was hired to coordinate fundraising events including the Luncheon & Fashion Show and Over the Edge for Victory, TVC’s rappelling fundraiser. As a licensed massage therapist, I developed a passion for helping cancer patients after completing training in oncology massage. I strongly believe that we can never do enough for cancer patients. When I’m not in the office I enjoy all types of home improvement projects, reading, and spending time with my husband and two adult children.

Lisa – Program Director –lmarquette@thevictorycenter.org

In the Summer of 2020, I was drawn to the positive and inspirational work that TVC does! I knew I had to be a part of it. As with many of us, cancer touched our family. Helping others who are experiencing challenges and barriers in their lives is my passion. I am here to be involved in the difference a supportive environment can make in peoples’ lives! I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and come with a variety of experience, both clinical and community. I also enjoy teaching the next generation of social workers. My life is blessed with 5 amazing children, two grandchildren (hoping for more) and the best group of family and friends. When I can, I love to travel and take all the trainings I can.

Jackie – Major Gifts Manager –jcummins@thevictorycenter.org

I am so pleased to be a part of The Victory Center as Development Coordinator supporting survivors and patients, especially having been on my own cancer journey in 2018. You can find me at both the Perrysburg and the Central Avenue locations, where I am constantly reminded of the strength and goodness of our participants and their families. Outside of The Victory Center, I can be found at Birds Eye View Circus Space pursuing the circus arts, enjoying live music with my husband, or hanging around the dinner table with him and our four kids.

Lynn – Administrative Assistant –lchandler@thevictorycenter.org

Eleven years ago, I became the Administrative Assistant to The Victory Center. I have been humbled by the remarkable spirit of those who walk this journey. What I hope to provide to those who first enter our Center is kindness, compassion and making the first visit as comfortable and welcoming as possible. After hours, I read voraciously, eat Mediterranean at Poco Piatti’s, watch Ancient Aliens on History Channel, and enjoy travelling anywhere with my husband.

Sandy – Office & Volunteer Coordinator –switt@thevictorycenter.org

My journey at The Victory Center began in 2016 when I came on board as a volunteer. Within a few months, I started facilitating the Healthy Steps classes and continue to do so. I am now so happy to be a part of this incredible organization, especially being a 3 time cancer survivor myself. I work at the front desk in the Perrysburg office coordinating the volunteers and managing the wig bank. I strive to make each person who walks through our doors feel welcome and supported. Just prior to my start at TVC, I retired from a 25 year podiatry practice. I love sports, adventure, the beach and spending time with my husband and kids.
